Disneyland Paris has just raised the bar on fine dining: La Forêt Secrète by Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert is now open at the Disneyland Hotel. The new dining location is a spellbinding celebration of French gastronomy, Disney magic, and childhood wonder.
Now open to guests, the restaurant is a deeply personal project for Chef Jean Imbert, who grew up visiting Disneyland Paris. “I have a very special connection with Disneyland Paris because all the magic of the films that I dream about comes to life here,” he shared. “This restaurant is strongly influenced by my childhood memories, particularly when I would come to the park, as well as my favourite films.”
There are two menus on offer: a three-course menu and a five-course menu, plus a special menu dedicated to children. Take a look below.
A Feast Inspired by Disney Classics

Imbert has drawn inspiration from some of Disney’s most beloved films, crafting a menu that blends nostalgia with gourmet sophistication.
The adventure begins beneath the waves with an “Under the Sea” seafood starter, a tribute to The Little Mermaid. Or perhaps you’d prefer Mrs. Pott’s brew, a comforting combination of root vegetable ravioli in a rich vegetable and truffle broth, straight from Beauty and the Beast.
The main courses continue the journey through Disney‘s enchanted worlds. Prince Ali’s tagine takes you to Agrabah with a tender poularde ballotin stuffed with dates and dried fruits, while the Caribbean casserole nods to Pirates of the Caribbean, featuring Mediterranean bluefin tuna paired with a zesty passion fruit vinaigrette and a tantalising Colombo spice and tamarind sauce.
And yes – there’s even a Remy’s Ratatouille, a fitting homage to Pixar’s culinary classic set in the heart of Paris.
The magic continues at La Forêt Secrète with a playful children’s menu. Highlights include Fairy Godmother’s Soup, a warming bowl of red kuri squash gnocchi and chestnut, and The Lantern Festival fish and chips, inspired by Tangled, complete with tartar sauce. Even dessert is an adventure – from Chip ‘n’ Dale’s hazelnut ice cream with hot chocolate emulsion to Little Jean’s fruit salad with a crisp tuile and vanilla sauce.
Sweet Endings

Dessert is where Imbert and pastry chef Axel Michenau truly let their imaginations run wild. Fans of Indiana Jones will delight in the Lost Art shortbread, a decadent treat made with candied lemon, almond crumble, and vanilla mousse, finished with a drizzle of caramel.
For chocolate lovers, Mickey’s Soufflé is a must – a luxurious creation of Peruvian chocolate, hazelnut praline, and hazelnut ice cream.
This marks a milestone in Chef Jean Imbert’s career, as La Forêt Secrète features not only an indulgent five-course and three-course menu but also his first-ever special menu crafted exclusively for children. The aim? To ensure guests of all ages experience the magic.
An Enchanted Woodland Interior

The magic doesn’t stop at the menu. Step inside La Forêt Secrète, and you’ll find yourself transported to an enchanted woodland. A breathtaking chandelier, draped in foliage and delicate birds, glimmers above the dining room, while a hand-painted mural brings the forest to life in lush shades of green.
Even the tableware tells a story – botanical-themed dishes designed by the prestigious Bernardaud House and silverware from Christofle add a touch of elegance to every bite.
With its breathtaking setting and imaginative, story-driven menu, it’s an experience unlike anything else at Disneyland Paris. Spaces are limited, and demand is already high – so be sure to book your table soon.
