The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back from 6 March through 27 April 2026, taking over the park with food and drink inspired by the flavours of California.

What’s New at the Marketplaces
Eight dedicated marketplace stalls are spread across the park, each with their own food and drink offering.
Some of the standout new dishes this year include Ramen Mac & Cheese with furikake crumble and chile crunch, Chicharrón Nachos with chorizo and salsa verde, and a Torta Ahogada packed with braised pork carnitas.
On the sweeter side, the Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake and a Chocolate Mickey-shaped Macaron filled with caramel ganache are worth seeking out.
Returning favourites include the Junior LA Street Dog, Asian Street Burrito, and Strawberry Horchata: all back by popular demand.
Festival Menus
Beyond the marketplaces, participating restaurants across the park are also getting festival menus.
Highlights include a Thai-BBQ porkchop with drunken noodles at Lamplight Lounge, a Bulgogi Bowl at Lucky Fortune Cookery, and an Ube Latte with Matcha Foam at the Cappuccino Cart in San Fransokyo Square.
Sip and Savor Pass and Extras
For those who want to make the most of it, a Sip and Savor Pass is available with four or eight digital coupons redeemable across select food and non-alcoholic items at the marketplaces.
Weekend beverage seminars and complimentary culinary demonstrations are also running throughout the festival for guests who want to go deeper.
