Spending the festive season at The Most Magical Place on Earth? The Walt Disney World Christmas celebrations return this year with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party running select nights from 7th November through 21st December at Magic Kingdom.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas

The separately ticketed event features festive entertainment, holiday ride overlays, character meet-and-greets, and seasonal treats. Ticket holders can enter Magic Kingdom from 4:00 p.m., with the party officially beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Party dates run on select nights:

  • November: 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 28, 30
  • December: 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21

Tickets went on sale 16th July for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, with general sale beginning 22nd July. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members receive special pricing.

Walt Disney World Christmas Celebrations

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Parade

Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade features dancing gingerbread men, toy soldiers, and Disney characters in holiday attire, concluding with Santa Claus. The parade travels from Frontierland to Main Street, U.S.A.

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks combines holiday classics with pyrotechnics and castle projections. Cinderella Castle transforms into a wrapped present with vibrant holiday scenes synchronised to the music. A separately priced Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party returns at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant.

Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration takes place on the Cinderella Castle stage, featuring live performers and characters including Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, and Woody.

Frozen Holiday Surprise transforms Cinderella Castle into a frozen wonderland with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the Snowgies.

Dance parties run throughout the evening at Club Tinsel (Rocket Tower Plaza Stage, Tomorrowland) and Disney Junior Jingle Jam (Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, Tomorrowland).

Character Meet-and-Greets

Exclusive character appearances include:

  • Anna and Elsa in Christmas attire at Princess Fairytale Hall
  • Sally and Santa Jack at Town Square Theater
  • Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in holiday looks at Town Square Theater
  • Santa Claus at Santa’s Christmas Carnival in Storybook Circus

Holiday Ride Overlays and Festive Merchandise

Five attractions receive holiday makeovers: Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Mad Tea Party, Jungle Cruise (Jingle Cruise), and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor.

Most Magic Kingdom attractions remain open during the party, including Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, TRON Lightcycle / Run, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Exclusive party merchandise will be available at the Emporium during event nights.
