Disneyland After Dark returns with 70 Years of Favorites on 3rd and 5th March 2026, introducing a new riverfront musical show that looks back at seven decades of park entertainment.
The separately ticketed evening pulls together moments from across Disneyland’s history: musical shows, beloved characters, and attractions from different eras, all wrapped into one nostalgic celebration of the park’s 70th anniversary.
New Sounds of Magic Show
The centrepiece is Sounds of Magic, a riverfront performance where vocalists drift down the Rivers of America on a raft throughout the night.
They’ll perform songs from past Disneyland productions including “Animazemen – The Musical,” “Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee,” “Frozen – Live at the Hyperion,” and “The Lion King Celebration Parade.”
What’s On During 70 Years of Favorites

Beyond the riverfront show, the evening includes swing dancing at Royal Theatre with live big bands, an ’80s Videopolis Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace, and line dancing at The Golden Horseshoe paying tribute to “Woody’s Round Up.”
Long Lost Friends character meet-and-greets feature Disney Afternoon characters, Carousel of Progress’s “Mother” and “Father,” Merlin, Flik and Atta, and the Fantasmic! Monkeys. Themed photo spots reference “Mad T Party,” “Main Street Electrical Parade,” Club Buzz, and classic attractions.
