Disney’s legendary Imagineers will lead creative design while Miral handles development and operations. Disney has promised an experience that will be authentically Disney and distinctly Emirati.

Bob Iger, Chief Executive Officer, The Walt Disney Company, said:

“As our seventh theme park destination, it will rise from this land in spectacular fashion, blending contemporary architecture with cutting-edge technology to offer guests deeply immersive entertainment experiences in unique and modern ways.”

Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, called it “the most advanced and interactive destination” in Disney’s portfolio, featuring a unique waterfront setting that will “tell our stories in completely new ways.”

The strategic location within four hours’ flight of one-third of the world’s population makes it an ideal gateway for global visitors to experience Disney magic with an Emirati twist. The resort will include themed accommodations, dining and retail experiences designed to create magical memories for families across the region and beyond.
