Napa Rose, the signature restaurant at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, will reopen on 6th February 2026 following a complete renovation.
The renovation includes a redesigned bar and lounge area with intimate seating, a new fireplace, and an expanded outdoor patio. This space will offer à la carte small plates and cocktails on a walk-in basis, with no reservations required.
A New Menu
The restaurant will debut a seasonal prix fixe menu in the main dining room, with optional wine pairings from its 1,500-label collection. Dishes include American Wagyu N.Y. with grape fennel mustardo, oak roasted forest mushrooms, and Sorpresine pasta with Dungeness crab.
The Chef’s Counter
Chef Andrew Sutton, who has led Napa Rose since its 2001 opening, developed the new menu alongside Executive Chef Clint Chin. The cuisine continues to focus on seasonal California ingredients with global influences.
The Chef’s Counter will accommodate up to 18 guests with direct views of the exhibition kitchen, with seats bookable online for the first time. A newly renovated private dining room is available for groups of up to 16, requiring direct contact with the restaurant.
Reservations open on 27th January at 9 a.m. PST and can be booked up to 60 days in advance.
